Last match of Pool B of the CEV Champions League for MINT Vero Volley Monza. After
the setback against the Greeks of Olympiacos Piraeus, Beretta and his teammates return
to the court, this time within the home walls of the Opiquad Arena, to face the Germans of
Helios Grizzlys Giesen today.

A match worth not only victory, but also direct access to the Quarterfinals of Europe's top
competition. With four wins in the previous rounds, Monza leads the group despite having
one point less than the Hellenes, direct competitors.

To finish in first place and advance to the round, Monza will only need to win against the
Germans. In the first leg match, played last December, MINT - orphaned by Erik Rohrs -
had won away only in the tie-break, with Marttila elected MVP of the match.

e have arrived at the last challenge of Pool B of the Champions against a team that managed to put us in trouble in the first leg in Germany and that comes from a victory on the last game. This is a very important match for the standings and for a possible direct passage to the round. We will have to field our best version and stay focused on the goal”.
