CEV Champions League Volley 2025 | Women
Huge day in the women's CEV Champions League Volley, at the end of which we now have the full overview of how the Road to the Final looks like for all teams still in the competition.
With the Play Off just around the corner, six teams will be hoping to grab one of the three quarterfinals spots still unclaimed. Nonetheless, before any of the play off matches having their first serve, we already have a mega clash on the horizon, with two Turkish powerhouses, VakifBank Istanbul and Fenerbahce Istanbul going head to head in the quarterfinals.
The play off country distribution has Germany and Poland with two teams each, while Italy and Serbia will be hoping to add to their quarterfinal team tally or generate an extraordinary result respectively.
The quarterfinals spots have been claimed by only two countries so far, Türkiye leading the way with all their three teams qualified, while Italy will be looking to equal that tally if Egonu's Vero Volley Milano manages to overcome the challenge from SSC Palmberg Schwerin in their upcoming play off matchup.
The Germans managed to squeeze through as the best third seated team coming from Pool B, leaving the remaining four teams, Maritza Plovdiv (BUL), FC Porto (POR), Vasas Óbuda Budapest (HUN) and BKS Bostik ZGO BIELSKO-BIAŁA (POL) to slide into the Quarterfinals of the CEV Volleyball Cup.
The CEV Champions League Women will return in the first week of February with the home matches of the play offs, while the quarterfinals are scheduled to take place in March.
