Eda Erdem Dündar"Our country has experienced one of the saddest disasters in recent history. Like everyone else in Türkiye, we, as a team, carry grief in our hearts. Tomorrow, beyond winning or losing, we will go out on the court as a way of holding on to life. Afterwards, we will return to our country and continue to work to heal the wounds of our people. My heartfelt thanks to everyone who shared our pain during this process."
Captain Fenerbahce Opet ISTANBUL
Meryem BozToday we will go to the last match of our group in the CEV Champions League with our minds stuck in our country. The earthquake disaster we experienced last week and the pain of my beautiful country are still inside us. Today, I would like to thank our nation, who acted together in these difficult days through you, and to everyone who supported us physically or with the messages they sent, for the purpose of aid and rescue, rather than evaluating the before or after the match.

Melissa Vargas:“It was a good match for us. It was difficult for us to play when Türkiye's situation is like it is. I wish everything will get better soon in our country. We tried to show ourselves and we won. I am happy to receive the MVP award. I tried to deliver the maximum. We came second in the group. A nice and clear result for us.”
