A little bit more than 24 hours before the first referee whistle at the #SuperFinalsAntalya, the teams that will lock horns in the Volleyball show of the season, are ready to deliver their best game.

Prosecco Doc Imoco Volley Conegliano and Allianz Vero Volley Milano secured an all-Italian final on the women’s side of the tournament. On Saturday, the captains and the head coaches of the two squads talked to media, showing great determination to win the trophy of Europe’s top club competition.

The two teams, that know each other very well also on domestic level, will have their last dance for season 23/24 on May 5 at 20:00h local time (19:00 CEST). Find out how to follow the Final here.

So far, the season for us was really amazing. We won everything in Italy, but tomorrow’s SuperFinal is one of the most important ones. We want to finish the season in the best way, and we cannot wait for the game to start.

Joanna Wolosz
Captain of Prosecco Doc Imoco Volley Conegliano

"The day will be special for my teammate (and roommate for the past years), Robin de Kruijf - it is her birthday, but also she is retiring from professional Volleyball after the game. She doesn’t think a lot about it right now, but there will be many emotions, and I think this will give us extra strength. We want to give our best also for her, so she remembers her last day on the court as a professional athlete with a very nice memory,” Wolosz added.

“First of all, I am really happy and proud to be here. This is my first SuperFinal. We worked really hard to arrive prepared to this moment. We know the qualities of our opponents, and we are aware that tomorrow’s game will be difficult. But my team will really try to win the trophy.”

Alessia Orro
Captain of Allianz Vero Volley Milano

We met them several times this season, but the matches so far don’t count. Champions League is completely different from the other competitions. We know their qualities and their level of play. To me, personally, it is very nice to be back to Türkiye, and especially, to Antalya - I have great memories from the hall here, from the fans.

Danielle Santarelli
Head coach of Prosecco Doc Imoco Volley Conegliano

"Tomorrow, it will be another great and very much important match, and I know that Milano will give their best, but so we will. I think that these are the two teams that deserved most to be here, at this stage, and I am sure that the game will be a real spectacle also for the supporters,” Santarelli concluded.

For sure, every match is a brand-new page where you can write. The road to the SuperFinals wasn’t an easy one for either of the teams - from the pool stage, through quarters, to semis and this battle now. Conegliano are always hungry to catch and win everything, and we know that we have to change something, if we want to deliver a different performance against them.

Marco Gaspari
Head coach of Allianz Vero Volley Milano

"They play to win every time, and they know how to do that - they never give up. But we want to take the trophy, and we will give 110% of ourselves until the very last moment. 24 more hours and we will see what will happen. Personally, I am happy that I had started my journey as a coach many years ago with Conegliano - it makes me glad to face them now in Europe’s most important match,” Gaspari said.
