    Unbeaten, Kędzierzyn-Koźle continue ahead as one of the favourites

    The Polish powerhouse of Grupa Azoty Kędzierzyn-Koźle finish their campaign in Pool A on a positive note, after 3-1 vs Lindemans AALST on the last day of play in Belchatow. The players coached by Nikola Grbic look now ahead to the quarterfinals, and remain unbeaten in their #CLVolleyM campaign so far. Lindemans Aalst tried to give their best in the match but it wasn’t enough for a big turnaround, and end the competition on last place in the Pool.

    • This is the first time when take a set from Grupa Azoty Kędzierzyn-Koźle. In the beginning of the match, the players of Johan Devoghel performed better on attack.
    • Gupa Azoty Kędzierzyn-Koźle did not give any more chances for their opponents in the following sets Lindemans Aalst. Almost all the first team players were on the court and showed good Volleyball to claim the three points.
    • Grupa Azoty Kędzierzyn-Koźle won all of the group phase games and finish on the top of the charts with 16 points as a leader of Pool A.
    • The Polish side performed excellent on block and finished the match with 11 block being this element the key to the success.
    • Kamil Semeniuk recorded 19 points and became Top Scorer of the match.
