After Tuesday's victory the reigning champions Cucine Lube CIVITANOVA were motivated to prove their strength on the court earning an early lead. After scoring three points in a row from 9-7 and extending it to 18-13 it seemed that they are only a step from taking this part. However, TOURS VB didn't let the opponent to discourage them constantly chasing the score, they shortened the distance to 18-16. Feeling potential troubles, the team from CIVITANOVA stayed focused closing this set with ace from Leal, but it was Osmany Juantorana's show - 7 points, including 6 winning spikes.
 
The second part was much more competitive, the hosts with solid performances of Zouheir El Graoui and Nathan Wounembaina kept pace with the Italian team, not letting them to run away with the score, but in the decisive part Ferdinando de Giorgi's squad prove too strong, even if TOURS VB managed to save one set point, Rychlicki used the second opportunity to seal the second set.
 
Third part started with 6-2 lead for Cucine Lube CIVITANOVA, but with outstanding efforts in block TOURS VB scored four in a row and all started over again. The hosts jumped to three-point advantage at 13-10 (after series of three!), but their rivals didn't let them to enjoy the lead too long erasing it immediately. After point-by-point race to 19-19, CIVITANOVA withstood pressure and finished the business winning the second match point with Osmany Juantorena's spike.
