Overview
After suffering upsets on Tuesday both teams should be eager to earn victory in this game. It's already 19th #CLVolleyM campaign for Knack ROESELARE who are still winless in this edition. In their first game in Modena they won only one set against Warszawa. Once, Kuzbass KEMEROVO were not able to stop the hosts losing in straight set and losing also their chance to fight for quarterfinal spot. It's definitely big disappointment for club who in their rookie season interrupted by pandemic outbreak last year reached the semifinals. The first match between KEMEROVO and ROESELARE, back in December in Belgium, ended with 3-0 victory for the Russian club.

Steven Vanmedegael"We played better and better in this game, We had control putting service pressure on them. In the end they did too many mistakes and we were really stable, actually. So a quite good game for us."
head coach of Knack Roeselare
Alexey Verbov, head coach of Kuzbass Kemerovo: “Yesterday we lost our chance to pass the preliminary round, so today we have an opportunity to give a chance to get into the rhythm for our players who play less than our starting team. Because we have a few really good young guys, and they don’t normally have many chances to be on the court. Our opponent today is a very good team, with European style…with good defense. It’s a really good opportunity for us to feel this kind of game out, and it’s a huge opportunity for these young players to be under some stress, to be in a situation when their opponent puts some pressure on them. I think we played in waves today, so to speak…the level of our game was really good at times, however, we were reckless at other times. In general, I think we just need to improve. This tournament is not really important, I mean the result. It doesn’t really matter at this moment. We need to focus on our championship and now we’re working towards it.”
