    Maritza Plovdiv hosted the first tournament of the Pool C, however they didn't manage to use the home advantage losing all three games and now are eager to record their first win in this edition of the #CLVolleyW. The ASPTT Mulhouse are currently ranked third after earning one win - over Maritza. In Łódź Mulhouse will play without middle blocker Leandra Olinga-Andela who suffered a knee injury and was replaced by Christina Bauer. On the other side of the net, Maritza lost due to injury Desislava Nikolova replaced by Silvana Chausheva.

    In the second game in Łódź on Tuesday, VC Maritza Plovdiv ASPTT Mulhouse VB . The opening set of the game was very tight. The point-by-point race lasted until the end of the set - with short break for three-point-lead of Maritza at 20-17 that was quickly erased by ASPTT Mulhouse who with successful spike from Anna Haak closed this part. Maritza trying to finally get their first win in this edition of the #CLVolleyW, started next set better, taking 8-4 lead and improving it even to 14-8, but the French team was eager to fight for every point, reducing slowly the gap to one point in the decisive phase. However, Maritza withstood a pressure to get this set. Losing a set was like a cold shower for Mulhous, they controlled the game in the middle of the next set having even six-point-advantage at 20-14. Then, they again lost the focus what was used by the Bulgarian team led by Miroslava Paskova. The score levelled up at 22-22, but the French team managed to dig themselves out winning this part. ASPTT Mulhouse VB kept the momentum in the fourth set taking a 9-5 lead, then 13-10. Maritza spared no effort chasing the score. They reduced the gap to one point at 17-18. Despite some difficulties, with powerful spikes from Anna Haak they ended the game with the second match point.

    - Anna Haak (ASPTT) was named MVP of the game after scoring as many as 17 points and impressive with her stats - 82% of positive reception and 43% of success in attack.
    - Miroslava Paskova (Maritza) tallied match-high 24 points.
    - Christina Bauer who returned to ASPTT Mulhouse after 10 years (replacing injured Leandra Olinga-Andela) - became the best blocker with 5 points won in this skill. In addition she had 4 successful attacks.
    - ASPTT Mulhouse VB with record 2W-2L and 6 points take now the 2nd place in the Pool C, once Maritza Volley stay 4th winless.
