    -       Sc Potsdam played their first ever Champions League game; it was the fourth time that Novara hosted a German team in the Champions League and the score is 4-0 for the Italian team.
    -       Ebrar Karakurt was named MVP after scoring her best seasonal performance with 32 points and 5 blocks, with an attack ratio of 59%.
    -       The German player Lena Stigrot was supporting their national teammates from Potsdam at the sports hall. She is currently playing for Busto Arsizio in the Italian A1 team.
    -       Among the Italian team, it was the first game ever in CEV Champions League for the spiker Gaia Giovannini.
    -       Cristina Chirichella is the only player from Igor Gorgonzola Novara who played at least one game in every European campaign of the club (7 times Champions League, 2 times CEV Cup, 2 times Challenge Cup)

    “We are proud for the result and the victory, we are going through difficult times due to injuries but everyone in the team did their best to achieve a positive result. Potsdam fought a lot, especially in the third set and in the beginning of the fourth set, but we could stay focused enough and didn’t let them bring the game to tie-break”.
