CEV ZEREN Group Champions League Volley Women takes shape after 4th round draw

The draw for the 2025/26 season of the CEV ZEREN Group Champions League Volley Women took place today in Luxembourg, determining the path Europe's top clubs will have to navigate in the season ahead. With suspense in the air, the 4th round matchups were unveiled, setting the stage for several high-stakes showdowns and fresh storylines.

Maintaining the format from recent years, both the men's and women's competitions will begin with the teams divided into five pools groups of four teams each, as the participating clubs meet in a round-robin format over six rounds to determine which teams advance.

The 4th round will feature champions from powerhouse leagues, rising teams ready to challenge, and a few intriguing rematches from past editions of the European premium competition.

One of the semi-finals of the Final Four, the one between VakifBank Istanbul and Savino Del Bene Scandicci, will be replayed in Pool A, where Romanian side CS Volei Alba Blaj will also feature.

Pool B is also stacked, with perennial contenders Fenerbahçe Medicana Istanbul facing two strong sides in Polish team Grot Budowlani Łódź and Italian side Igor Gorgonzola Novara.

Reigning champions A. Carraro Prosecco DOC Conegliano will face ŁKS Commercecon Łódź, Dresdner SC and Ankara Zeren Spor Kulübü in Pool D.

The winners of each pool will advance directly into the quarter-finals, while the second-placed team plus the best third-placed side will qualify into the play-offs.
