One more second-round clash, between ACH Volley LJUBLJANA and Dinamo BUCUREȘTI, is set to take place tomorrow.
Radnički Kragujevac cruise past Hartberg
Serbian side Radnički KRAGUJEVAC impressed on home soil with a confident 3-0 victory (25-23, 25-14, 25-18) over Austria’s TSV Raiffeisen HARTBERG. After a close opening set, the hosts raised their level in attack and blocking, leaving no doubt about the outcome. Radnički’s energy and efficiency pushed them one step closer to the Pool Phase, as they now await the winner of ACH Volley LJUBLJANA vs Dinamo BUCUREȘTI in Round 3.
Guaguas Las Palmas dominate Olympiacos
Spanish powerhouse Guaguas LAS PALMAS delivered a strong all-around performance to overcome Olympiacos PIRAEUS in straight sets (25-10, 25-23, 25-21). Guaguas stormed through the first set with overwhelming serving pressure, while the next two were much tighter as Olympiacos tried to fight back. The Spanish side, however, remained composed in key rallies to close the match 3-0 and advance confidently to the next round.
Levski Sofia secured their spot with a straight-set victory
Levski SOFIA completed a clean sweep of MOK Mursa OSIJEK, winning 3-0 (25-18, 25-21, 26-24). The Bulgarian team controlled most of the match with consistent serving and balanced attacking play, while Mursa pushed hard in the third set before Levski sealed the victory in extra points.
