The top four teams in Europe – two per gender – will play a winner-takes-all grand finale. 

On women's side, A. Carraro Imoco CONEGLIANO secured their maiden title in the CEV Champions League Volley 2021 playing against VakifBank ISTANBUL  after losing the gold medal match to the Turkish team in 2017. The two teams will face again on Arena Stožice's court in Ljubljana.

On men's side, Grupa Azoty KĘDZIERZYN-KOŹLE is the winner of the CEV Champions League 2021, as the Polish team defeated three-time winners Trentino ITAS in a thrilling match at the AGSM Forum in Verona.
