The journey of Vero Volley Milano in the CEV Champions League 2023 begins with a good home success. At the Arena of Monza, in the first round of Group B, the Milanese team, still without Larson who had her first technical training with her teammates yesterday, beat the Ukrainian of SC Prometey Dnipro 3-0, signing their sixth victory of the season in front of the friendly crowd remaining unbeaten. To penalize Dnipro, however, too many errors from nine meters in the first set (five) and the determined performance of Vero Volley, able to press on the accelerator pedal in the hot moments of the challenge, with Sylla, Thompson and Stysiak, accumulating a useful advantage to control the match until the end.
